  1. This is a very informative post. I agree when you say that we lack proper
    nutrition, exercise, and also sleep. I know it helps alot if I get peaceful
    before sleeping and allow time for my evening food to digest. Then I seem to
    sleep better and the weight concern is not as much. Staying away from junk food
    is a big help too. This is very helpful in showing the right view for weight

  2. I know that this diet works! I did not have personal experience with it but my close friend has. It is nothing hard you just need to habituate on nutrition regime and results are guaranteed. My friend lost 10lbs for only ten days which I think is pretty awesome. Also water intake is very important.
